MUSCLETECH WORLD CHAMPION SUPER SEMINAR II A BIG SUCCESS!
WNBF STARS & LEGENDS UNITE IN EDUCATIONAL EXTRAVAGANZA
The 2007 WNBF World Champ Jim Cordova was joined by WNBF Legend & former World Champ Eddie "The Rock" Hernandez and 2008 INBF World Best Body Champ Ana de Castro (also a WNBF Figure pro) at the World Champion Super Seminar II on March 21.. The exclusive seminar, sponsored by MuscleTech R&D, featured intense training and lecture segments to give attendees the tools they need to build a championship physique.
Hosted by Bob Bonham's Strong & Shapely Gym in East Rutherford, N.J., the Super Seminar II included WNBF Chairman and Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness Editor Steve Downs, plus WNBF Ms. Exercise World Figure Champion Janet Marsico, owner of The Figure Workshop.
Some two dozen athletes of all levels attended the all-day seminar. All took part in lectures – covering everything from state-of-the-art MuscleTech sports supplements and bodybuilding biomechanics to proper training for women's body types and powerlifting for bodybuilding – and hours of hands-on instruction in the gym. And Jim Cordova provided his high-tech lecture on Physique Transformation for advanced bodybuilders and figure athletes.

Coming out of the seminar and heading for competition this spring are WNBF pro Shaun Clarida, INBF competitors Karen Rix and Stu Yellin and former Ms. Exercise top 3 placer Hillarie Zoe Scannelli, who's making a comeback in 2009. These competitors will be joined by other Super Seminar II attendees aiming to hit the stage with their new-found training knowledge.
